Andrew Szczerba
Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and relationships within the local community. A proud alumnus of Salesianum School, Andrew attended The Pennsylvania State University where he earned his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Business and played football for the Nittany Lions. After college, he continued his athletic career with the Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Falcons.
A strong work ethic, team oriented values, and an ability to focus his efforts towards achieving significant goals have given him the foundation to build his real estate career and the desire to start The Szczerba Group.
Andrew's goal and commitment is to make the home search and home sale experience as efficient and transparent as possible. His top priority is to listen to the wants and needs of each and every client and to establish a relationship based on a foundation of honesty and reliability.

Rachel Szczerba
Rachel is a longtime New Jersey resident and proud Rutgers graduate. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy at Rutgers University, Rachel joined Teach for America and taught in Mississippi. She then continued teaching and leading the science department for four more years in Newark.
Rachel's background in education and leadership has instilled strong communication, efficiency, and integrity, which are the backbones of her business.
After purchasing and flipping her first investment property, Rachel was inspired to help others achieve their real estate dreams. With a focus on innovative marketing and interior design, Rachel specializes in preparing homes for sale and promoting listings to sell faster and for more money.
Fueled by cold brew and home design shows, Rachel has a passion for teaching people how to make smart real estate decisions and guide her clients through the buying and selling processes.
